How to make appts and get in touch with Pet Spas & Suites

Pet Spas & Suites has always aimed to provide the highest quality pet care and superior customer service.

In the interest of streamlining our means of communicating with our valued clients, and to ensure the quickest responses to inquiries, Pet Spas & Suites has decided to remove ourselves from Facebook and Instagram.

Making Appointments:

Upon re-opening, we had been cautiously only allowing grooming clients to book two appointments in advance. However, we have listened to our clients wants and needs and we are now accepting booking of appointments through the end of 2020.

If you previously had scheduled appointments through the end of the year (prior to June 1, 2020), you will still need to call us at 518-783-5506 in order to guarantee your space and desired time frames due to our booking system changes in response to the pandemic.

While we are no longer offering auto-rebooking, our reception team would be happy to book your appointments with you by phone or in person. When booking in person, we require social distancing guidelines for the safety of our clients and team.

Please be advised:

Please be advised that longer than usual wait times for dropping off and picking up your pet may occur, as we are limiting the allowed number of humans in our lobby to three (3) clients at a time, and will continue
to offer Curbside Service if requested for your safety. As we are limiting the number of clients inside the shop to maintain 6′ distancing, we ask that only one (1) person per household enter the lobby. If you need to stay in your vehicle to supervise children or other pets, please let us know that you require Curbside Service.


Updates to Grooming Policies:

In order to best serve your pet(s), please review our updated grooming policies below prior to your next grooming visit.

  • Groomer Requests:
    • If you would like to request a specific groomer for your pet’s service, please let our team know at the time of booking so that we may ensure availability.
  • Grooming Times:
    • Drop off: 7:30 am | Pick up: 10:30 am
    • Drop off: 10:30 am | Pick up: 1:30 pm
    • Drop off: 2:00 pm | Pick up: 5:00pm
    • Drop off: 5:00 pm | Pick up: 7:00 pm
    • Time frames are subject to groomer availability.
  • If your pet(s) need to arrive earlier or stay later than the scheduled three hour time frame, please let our team know at the time of booking. Pets staying beyond the three hour grooming time frame are cared for by our Kennel Team and will incur a $15 per pet fee for services applies.
  • Daycare in conjunction with Grooming Services:
    • As we have tightened our allowed number of dogs per daycare room in order to give your pet(s) the best experience possible, we are no longer able to offer free daycare services in conjunction with full grooming services.
    • If you would like to book a half day of daycare play in conjunction with a grooming service, please let our team know at the time of booking so that we may check availability and reserve Daycare space for your pet(s).
    • A $15 per pet fee for added daycare services will apply.
  • Pets requiring or requesting a Luxury Suite during grooming appointments:
    • A limited number of Luxury Suites are available between 7:30 am – 10:30 am and 10:30 am – 1:30 pm time frames only.
    • Please be advised that if your pet(s) require a Luxury Suite and plan to arrive earlier than 7:30 am, or stay later than 4:30 pm, with our $15 extended option, Luxury Suites may not be available as boarding pets may be occupying those spaces for meal times.

Temporary Daycare Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times:

  • Due to continued caution for the safety of our clients and the Pet Spas & Suites Team, daycare drop-offs and pick-ups will have temporarily altered time frames.
  • When booking your daycare appointment, you will be asked to specify the approximate time within our available time frames for both drop-off and pick-up.
  • Available Time Frames for Daycare Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
    • 6:30 am–7:00 am
    • 8:00 am–9:30 am
    • 12:00 pm–1:00 pm
    • 2:30 pm–6:30 pm

Updates to Daycare Policies

In order to best serve your pet(s), please see below for our updated Daycare Policies prior to your next daycare visit as our reservation, multi-pet and cancellation policies have changed.

  • Reservations:
    • Daycare Reservations may be made up to four weeks in advance.
    • For priority booking, 20-day packages extend the booking range to 8 weeks (and also offer the greatest value!).
  • Multi-Pet Families:
    • As we have tightened our allowed number of dogs per daycare room in order to give your pet(s) the best experience possible, we are no longer able to offer multi-dog discounts for daycare services.
    • Our Daycare Packages offer the greatest value and provide discounted pricing options.
    • Packages are priced PER PET. Packages are not able to be shared between multiple pets of the same family.
  • Cancellations:
    • Due to limited space available in our daycare rooms, notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance is required.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a full-day charge or loss of a package day.
  • Payment:
    • A valid and current credit card on file is required for all reservations.
